Leading Change:

“As strategic leaders, we need to be prepared to fight the long fight. If it is a change we truly believe in, we have only failed when we give up..”

PEOPLE

We treat everyone with Dignity and Respect; we conduct our business with Honor and Integrity.  We actively seek Veterans whenever the skill set matches.  Our employees must have the Personal Courage to do what is right Ethically, Morally and Professionally.    Employees are our most important asset; families are part of that asset.  Finally, our customers are our partners, we treat them as family.

SERVICE

We understand the project and the mission of our stakeholders.  Our employees selflessly put our customers first.  APECS will provide a distinct value to all federal agencies, municipalities, and private sector firms we work with. We will provide the quality and service that competes with large companies in the industry.  Let clients hire us not because of set-aside money, but because we are the best for their job.

CHARITY

Part of being Loyal to our communities comes with the Duty to always give back. APECS will give 10% of net profit back to our communities. Generally, the company will contribute in the following ways: Faith or Benevolent Organizations, Hospitals/Health Charities, Employee Charities/Military. A profiting business is a blessing, giving back is a privilege.
